Planned Power Outage

Bonneville Power has announced a planned power outage that will affect the City of Drain and 900 other residence the evening of October 6 through the morning of October 7. During the time of the outage DO NOT call 911 to report the outage.

"Bonneville Power Administration crews will be performing maintenance at their Drain Substation, the evening of October 6. Power will be interrupted at approximately 10:45 pm. It is estimated that power should be restored by 7:00 am the following morning.

Affected outage areas will include the city of Drain and approximately 900 Douglas Electric members from Drain to Curtin, the Elkton Tunnel, Boswell, Anlauf and Cox Road areas.
