Free Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic

Douglas Public Health Network will again be hosting drive thru flu clinics this flu season! Unlike last year, this year there will be TWO clinics: one in Drain on Saturday, Nov.3 and one in Tri City on Sunday, Nov.4.

While young children and adults 65+ years old are at increased risk of severe illness, EVERYONE 6 months and older should get a flu shot. The flu vaccine reduces risk of illness by 30%-60%. And for the 2016-2017 flu season, vaccination prevented over 5 million illnesses, 2 million medical visits, and over 80,000 hospitalizations.
