911 Outage

The Douglas County 911 center has been notified of a telephone service outage affecting 911 service in the Drain, Yoncalla, Elkton and Scottsburg areas.

People in the affected areas may not be able to dial 911 from their land line telephone. They may be able to reach 911 on a cellular phone if necessary.

Residents may also go to the North Douglas Fire Station, Elkton Fire Station or the Scottsburg Fire Station to report an emergency.
