On August 24th, 2016 at 1657 hours (4:57pm) North Douglas County Fire & EMS was requested by South Lane Fire for mutual aid in a brush fire on Mt. David at the end of "J" Street in Cottage Grove. North Douglas responded with one Brush Truck, two Tenders and five personal. South Lane was also assisted by ODF, Lorane, Plesant Hill and GOSHEN.
